Changing Mindset in New India and points to ponder upon

I have been witnessing so much positive change in the air after 2014, which is changing Indians mindset from jobs seeker to startup generator.

We in our life encounter different types of problems and to solve the problem we design a solution around the problem without giving a try to prototype the solution. In my recent interaction with the school students, I found that the system has changed a lot from the time I used to study in school. Now kids have so much exposure to the tools and techniques to design a prototype for solving the problem, getting the right guidance and expertise from people of different domains.

With that rich experience, kids get guidance in problem-solving. The Indian government plan for designing ATL Tinkering labs by NITI Ayog is a remarkable idea. As a mentor of one of the lab in DAV Public School, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, I also get so much exposure to the new technology which has the potential to change the world. Sometimes I feel so liberated while interacting with the young minds and feel If I have got such an experience during my days I could have been a different person altogether. With that experience in my mind, I thought I will always share my ideas here in the blog so that the problem which I face and solution which I propose can help someone in the world in devising the solution to it.

Some of my weird Ideas are:-

1. Devise a paint, which when painted on the walls collect carbon from the environment, release oxygen and deposit the carbon inside the cracks that are formed anywhere in the walls. The same concept can be used to fill potholes on the roads. Excessive carbon then can be collected and be used.
2. The other problem is:
   
   The problem as seen above is the level of pollution after Durga Puja, Chhat Puja, and Ganesh Chaturthi. We see a huge pile of garbage dumped inside our rivers and oceans. This is an ironic situation. On one side we treat our rivers a holy and on the other side, we use water bodies as dumping ground. My solution to this problem is simple.
   Instead of using plaster of Paris for preparing idols, I suggest:-
1. Create an online E-commerce portal for designing and making molds of Gods and Goddesses.
2. These molds can be used to prepare idols at home.
3. Using clay or mud these idols can be prepared.
4. After the rituals, same can be placed in some park or open area and by using high-pressure water these idols can be again converted to mud.
3. While traveling to the school in the morning I was passing by metro pillars in Sahibabad.  There were beautiful paintings done on them (Thanks to our previous District Magistrate Ms. Ritu Maheshwari) for this idea. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   Let me now tell you the problem. After some pillars, I saw a pillar at the station near Sahibabad. On the beautiful painting, some dumb illiterate people have spit over after chewing gutkha. Red spots are allover on the top of the pillar. It was a really disgusting scene. How could someone do this? Then it sparked me with an idea.
   
   
   We cannot stop people from eating these Gutkha and pan masala, but can we devise an alternative which is healthy, gives the same taste and feeling as Gutkha and pan masala. Like some artificial flavors or some medicine which can stimulate our brain by releasing same chemicals in body, which are relased after eating them.
